EVALUATIONS:
Fees for assessments and psychological evaluation are
determined on a case by case basis
THERAPY/COUNSELING:
$170 - Initial outpatient Diagnostic session
$120 - 50 minute Individual Psychotherapy session
$160 - 50 minute Couples Counseling session
$180 - 75-80 minute outpatient Psychotherapy session.
$150 - Hourly fee for Psychological testing services.
CONSULTATION:
Expert witness testimony and preparation is provided at
$200 per hour - (incl. travel time)
School consultations are determined on a case by case basis
I am a registered provider for Blue Cross and
Blue Shield of illinois
If I am not in your provider network, I will supply
documentation which you can present to your insurance
company for reimbursement.
Payment or co-payment is required at time of service. There
is a 24 hour cancellation policy; canceling in less than 24
hours will incur the full fee for the appointment.
